Our email response functionality is not working. I have tested replying to different acoustic emails with different email addresses and I don't get our autoresponder message, and the replies are not forwarded to me.
Everything seems to be set up correctly... It just stopped working one day. Any ideas?

I'm having the exact same issues, minus the autoresponder message. I have been going back and forth with support on this for weeks and they have not been able to fix this. It seems nobody knows what's going on...

hi there, appreciate this is an old post but I've been experiencing the same thing recently. I was wondering:
- did this ever get resolved for you?
- what Pod are you operating from? We never had issues on pod 4, but once we moved to 6 the issues started
