    Hi Josh. You can look at the rule while the program is running. Go into an active program. Click on the path label coming out of the decision step (green label). The "Path" panel on the left side of the screen will show the criteria. If it's showing metrics, just click the "Details" link toward the top of the panel to switch it to the criteria.

    Hi Matt! This lets you see the rule for the decision step. I was referring to the set up rule bringing contacts into the program. Thank you for the tip, though!

    I typically document the entry criteria in the Program Notes field, which is visible while the program is running. If you don't want to do that, you can also duplicate the program and look at the entry criteria on the duplicated program, then delete it.

    Hi,

    You can see the entry criteria into the same tab as program notes without deactivate the program

    Just click on the gear icon (right corner beside the DEACTIVATE button) and scroll down the settings page.

    It will show you the entry criteria. You can see if a database/query entry (with the name and internal copy in case if it is a query) or if it is based on an event.
