Tealeaf Capture Server not capturing data
Hello everyone,
We have a Tealeaf installation, that since a few days ago has started throwing the following exception and is not collecting session information:
Event Total STC sessions
Alert Session Count is Zero (Session collection is down check PCA)
Threshold 1
Last Value 0
Threshold Type Negative
Generated At Monday, May 23, 2022 14:50
Report Period Monday, May 23, 2022 14:50
Looking at the Capture Server, it looks like the Tealeaf-PCA Service is up and running already, but somehow traffic is not being captured.
We do see the following error in the logs:
pipelined[29902]: TLQueue: Capacity: 51200 entries, 51200 blocks, 104857600 bytes
Is this the root of the problem? If so how do we clear TLQueue? Are there any official steps for clearing the queues?
Looking for any ideas to try and fix this issue. Please suggest.
