Acoustic Academy Updates - May 2021

Let’s see what’s new from the Acoustic Academy this month.

We have updated two courses for Tealeaf SaaS, which reflect a new feature enhancement released in March 2021. We have also refreshed six courses for Campaign, considering the new system’s UI. The new UI allows users to follow the instructions with more ease. Also, the voice recordings have been re-recorded with a better sound quality making the course more pleasant to go through. Session Replay

The Session Replay course now includes improved filtering in Replay to “only show” or “exclude” specific step types. This feature enhancement was released in March 2021. 

Usability Analysis with Overstat

The Overstat course now includes navigating the added list-view option of snapshots in the snapshot gallery. This feature enhancement was released in March 2021.

Our Technical Expert, Dan Carter, will introduce Advanced Eventing with some simple use cases, and then move on to some more complex examples to help you take your eventing to the next level.

In the last 3 months, we rebranded the following courses:

• Campaign: Reports - Web Analytics Integration for users
• Campaign: Reports - Web Analytics Integration for administrators
• Campaign: Data - Using FTP
• Campaign: Integrations - Email Insights for users
• Campaign: Integrations - Email Insights for administrators

We added the Device Location Awareness learning object to the:
