How can I customize a New Email using new Message Composer beta?

I'd like to import a self hosted webfont in my e-mail newsletter, as well as add some CSS to the general layout. I'd also like to add new custom "configureable" block types with responsive features. Is that possible?

Can't find any kind of documentation out on this... perhaps someone here can help.
