I've been reading part of the help center articles in order to figure out what my team needs to prepare to install Tealeaf On-Premises without any problem. My question is, what software requirements do we need to meet before installing Tealeaf? Also there is any hardware requirement that also has to be meet? Thanks for your help.

Hi Daniel! Now that I have found how everything works, I need to know how is the installation process working. There are some things I don't get at all. Is there any more detailed guide or presentation that can give me some advice? Thanks!

Hi Albert,
The older 9.0.2 installation documentation is in PDF format and might help provide a more unified overview of the installation process, which hasn't changed significantly in the current 10.3 version. The newer HTML documentation contains the same information but the PDFs have the advantage of grouping the information into one place.
