Your team members need to be added to Content so you all can start working together. As an admin, you can add users from the user management page in My Acoustic. You can add users with their Acoustic ID. Check out Manage Acoustic users.
As you add team members, you need to assign a role to each of them. Assigning roles help you in managing the subscription. Permissions and responsibilities for the user depend on the assigned user role. You can save time from having to manage permissions individually.
You can assign users to Administrator, Manager, Editor, View only, and Authenticated roles. You can change the assigned user roles later or remove them.
Understand permissions for each role
Administrator
Administrators have a superuser access level to the subscription and the most responsibilities. Only administrators can set up subscription manage usage and user privileges. They also can work with content types, content items, and assets.
Note: There always needs to be at least one user in the administrator role. The first user added to the subscription is assigned an administrator's role. You can also be added to the administrator role by another administrator.
Managers
Managers have permission to work with content types, content items, and assets.
Editors
Editors have permission to work only with content items and assets.
View only
Users with the view only role work in products that integrate with your subscription. They can select content and assets from the content palette and use them in their products. They can't access the Content subscription directly or edit content.
Authenticated user
Authenticated users access secured content and assets through the APIs to deliver content. They cannot access the subscription directly or edit content.

Note:
Working with content items also depends on the library type where it is stored. The user's level of access to that library affects their access to the content item. Check out Organize content with private, public, and shared libraries
