Depending on the format specified when you create a data export task, the exported session data is stored on AWS Simple Storage Service (S3) as a PDF or CSV file.

The PDF or CSV files are named by the Export service. The name consists of the session ID, which includes the timestamp.

The PDF and CSV files both contain metadata of the exported session. The PDF file also contains an embedded long-term storage (.lts) file, which enables the exported session to be replayed.

Access and download sessions exported as PDF files

To access a list of sessions that were exported as PDF files, create a search criterion from session search and set the session status to Archived sessions.

Select the Download session icon to download and save a PDF of any archived sessions returned from your search.

Replay sessions exported as PDF files

To replay a session that was exported as a PDF file, select the Replay session icon of any archived sessions returned from your search.
