The struggle score threshold is based on the total struggle score for a session. The struggle score threshold is the maximum struggle score that is acceptable for a session. You can specify that alerts are sent when thresholds are reached.
The Percentage of sessions demonstrating struggle is the percentage of sessions that have a struggle score that is greater than the specified threshold. The alert services check the threshold every hour. If the struggle score matches the threshold during the previous hour, an alert is sent.
For example, set the struggle score to 80 and the Percentage of sessions demonstrating struggle to 5%. When the alert services detect that 5% of sessions are showing a struggle score of 80 or more, an alert is sent.
To change the threshold and specify alert recipients, go to Options > Set Threshold & Alert.
