An Administrator can use the MMI Report to view million monthly interactions (MMI) data for their organization. Additionally, an Administrator can view and export application-level MMI data for their own organization.

With Tealeaf, billing is based on a million monthly interactions (MMI) metric. The Administrator can use the MMI Report to track data usage for Tealeaf, including data usage from exported sessions, as well as data usage for Akamai.

Use the following procedure to view MMI data.

1. From the menu bar, select user name > Admin and then select MMI Report.

   MMI data for the organization (including MMI data for exported sessions) is displayed.

2. Optional: Use the Application list to specify applications on which to view MMI usage data.
3. Click Export to export the report to an Excel or CSV spreadsheet.
4. Use the calendar function to specify a different date range for MMI data.
