The Acoustic Campaign programs are structurally much different than Salesforce. Acoustic Campaign programs include multiple tracks, steps, actions, and so on. None of these features are available to be configured inside Salesforce.

If you create a campaign in Salesforce, then the corresponding program would not be created inside Acoustic Campaign.
