Before you delete a record, check whether there are related records. If a syncing record is required to be deleted, ensure that you complete the delete action in Salesforce.

When you delete a record in Salesforce, the action also deletes its twin record in Acoustic Campaign. However, if you try to delete the record in Acoustic Campaign, the matching Salesforce record will not be deleted as the integrator treats Salesforce as the master of records.
