Add snapshots to a collection
- Hover over the collection.
- Click the + icon.
- Select the snapshot and click Add.
You can change the order of the snapshots. Snapshots are stored in the collection in the order that you add them to the collection.
- Select the collection.
- Select either the thumbnail or split view icon. All the snapshots in the collection are shown in the selected view.
- Select the snapshot that you want to move and drag the snapshot to the new location. Repeat this step for all of the snapshots that you want to reorder.
Remove snapshots from a collection
Note: You can only delete snapshots from collections that you created.
- Select the collection.
- Click Preview.
- Hover over the snapshot and click the trash icon.
Rename a collection
- Select the collection.
- Enter a new name.
- Press Enter or click outside of the text box to save the name.
Delete a collection
When you delete a collection, the individual snapshots within a collection are still accessible in the Snapshot gallery.
Note: If you are assigned the User role, you can delete only the collection that you created. However, the Administrator and SupportUser roles can modify and delete any collection in the gallery.
Hover over the collection and click the trash icon.
Rename a snapshot
- Hover over the snapshot name.
- Click the edit icon.
- Rename the snapshot.
Find a snapshot by URL or name
Locate any snapshot by typing in the URL or name for the page the snapshot was captured into the search bar.
You can see the URL of any snapshot by hovering over it.
