A high struggle factor score for a page is not always indicative of struggle. Sometimes a high struggle score can be a natural consequence of the user's interaction with the page. When there is a false positive for struggle detection, you can turn off the struggle factor detection for the page.

To turn off struggle factor detection for a page:

1. Select Options > Edit Struggle Factor.
2. Click the edit icon of the struggle factor that you want to reconfigure.
3. Locate the pages that you want to exclude from struggle detection and clear the check box for those pages.
4. Click Save.

The struggle factor will not be calculated for the pages that you deselected.
