Currently, Acoustic Overstat does not support segments out-of-the box. However, you can incorporate dimension values to pare down data, and isolate subsets of your customers to achieve "segment-like" information about them.

When you create a new dimension group for an Overstat® overlay, you set the Used in an Overstat overlay control to ON. Then, you add your dimensions to the dimension group.

For example, you want to create a dimension group for the attention map overlay that segments by browser. You call the dimension group Attention map browser and you add these dimensions:

• Browser Name
• Browser Version

By including the Browser Name and Browser Version dimensions, you can see whether the data varies by the browsers that are used.
