Struggle analytics is a cognitive feature of Tealeaf that monitors specific processes or pages in a web application for visitor "struggle". It then scores the struggle so that users can determine whether corrective action is necessary.
Note: Struggle Analytics automatically detects unexpected and unwanted activities on your site. It can help you to identify typical user experience issues. This course, Tealeaf Struggle Analytics - SaaS, will enable you to analyze Struggle Analytics dashboards to improve the experience of your customers.
Struggle Analytics shows the sessions that match the page mapping conditions and struggle score and percentage that you set. The data displays the top 10 struggling sessions, the session struggle score, and the session struggle indicators and number of instances of each struggle indicator. From the details page, view the median load time, step count, and UI element struggle for the struggling page or event. Each session can be replayed for you to view the struggle.
Struggle is a condition of the online customer experience, where visitors encounter difficulties when they interact with a business website. Struggle on a website can manifest in different ways. For example, indications of struggle can include:
- Repetitive clicking on a UI element
- Multiple attempts to complete a form field
- Going back and forth between pages on a website multiple times
- Waiting an extended time for a page to load
Note: In most cases, it takes the Struggle Analytics algorithms about ten minutes to begin learning from the mapped pages and to generate data about visitor struggle.
Currently, Struggle Analytics does not support native / mobile sessions. Struggle Analytics does support "mobile web sessions". Mobile web sessions are sessions viewed from a mobile web browser on a mobile device such as an Android or iOS phone.
