Struggle analytics analyzes user interactions with different interface elements, such as form fields and buttons, on a page. For example, on a checkout page, it analyzes if there are repeated user behaviors on the credit card input field and confirmation code input field.
To enable UI element analysis, navigate to Struggle Analytics and select Options > Edit Struggle Factors > + > UI element. Select up to three pages for UI element struggle.
The system analyzes all of the html5 input type form fields and checks if there are repeated visits on each field. It collects the normal baseline of visit numbers on each field and detects if there is an outlier in each session. When there are outliers, it calculates that in the struggle score.
