In order for Scribe Online to facilitate data synchronization between SugarCRM and Acoustic Campaign, you must begin by establishing connections that will be assigned to the various integration map templates provided by Acoustic.
Before you begin
- Install the Cloud or On-Premise Scribe Online Agents into your Scribe Online Organization.
Note: While Acoustic Campaign is a cloud application, if you are connecting to an On-Premise CRM, likely an On-Premise agent should be used. Refer to Tibco’s Agent documentation for further details regarding Agent preference.

Creating Scribe Online Connections
Log into Scribe Online and navigate to add a new connection.
Create Acoustic Campaign Connection
- Connector Type = "Silverpop".
- Enter a Connection Name.
- Enter the Silverpop Pod#.
- Enter the Refresh Token.
- Enter the Database Type as CRM.
- Select the Scribe Agent as Cloud or On-Premise that is used to synchronize the records.
- Click Test Connection to verify the connection.
