The Status tab in CRM and Scoring Settings has a function called Program Participants Added to CRM Campaigns. Program Participants Added to CRM Campaigns is a functionality within Acoustic Campaign web forms and programs that enable you to configure a process that adds the Acoustic Campaign program participant to a predefined SFDC Campaign.
After verifying your mappings, when you click the Activate button the mappings get secured. You will receive a confirmation message verifying that your mappings have been applied and any new fields have been added to your Acoustic Campaign database. The synchronization activity can take a few minutes to up to a few hours, depending on the total records being pulled into Acoustic Campaign.
