Follow these steps in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to select the option to sync new Lead or Contact records to Acoustic Campaign.

Create a Lead or Contact and then select an option that syncs Contact or Lead records to the Acoustic Campaign.

Follow these steps to synchronize a new Lead or Contact record.

1. Click Marketing.
2. Select Leads to create a new Lead record or Contacts to create a new Contact record.
3. Click New.
4. Enter the data and click Save.
5. On the Information menu, click Acoustic Campaign Integration.
6. Then, click Sync to Acoustic Campaign.
