Configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM
To configure Microsoft Dynamics CRM for integration with Acoustic Campaign, first, import the Acoustic Campaign solution. Second, review the Sync options within Microsoft Dynamics CRM and configure the default sync option for new leads and contacts. For existing leads and contacts, create a workflow to set the Sync to Acoustic Campaign check-box field to Yes. Third, update the Acoustic Campaign Settings in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Fourth, assign the Acoustic Campaign Security Roles for Microsoft Dynamics CRM users. Finally, and this is optional, add the Acoustic Campaign Integration to custom CRM lead and contact forms.
