You can sync an existing Lead or Contact Record in Acoustic Campaign.
Complete the following steps to sync an existing Lead or Contact Record in Acoustic Campaign.
- First, open the Lead or Contact record.
- Click Marketing.
- Click Leads or Contacts.
- In the Name column, click the Leads name to open the record.
- Browse the Information and click Acoustic Campaign Integration.
- Then, select the Sync to Acoustic Campaign option.
Note: If the Sync to Acoustic Campaign option is already selected, you cannot clear it.
