You can get a comprehensive view of how the Acoustic Campaign email performed within Microsoft Dynamics CRM. To view this report, you need to create a custom view that allows you to show only the fields that you want to be displayed on the Acoustic Campaign email page.
Note: This feature is only applicable to Sent emails that were sent from Microsoft Dynamics CRM using the Send Acoustic Campaign Email feature. The custom view does not include emails sent/initiated from Acoustic Campaign. If you create a custom view of emails sent/initiated from Acoustic Campaign, your CRM report will be blank.
Note: A Scribe Online solution and the Acoustic Campaign email Statistics mapping template are needed to enable the sync.
The Acoustic Campaign email entity is created in Microsoft Dynamics CRM after the Acoustic Campaign solution is imported or installed. After the email statistics sync is established, set up a view for Acoustic Campaign emails within Microsoft Dynamics CRM by adding the following statistics fields to the view:
- Number Sent
- Number of Unique Opens
- Number of Unsubscribed (opt-outs)
- Number of Unique Clicks
- Total Soft Bounce
- Total Hard Bounce
- In Microsoft Dynamics CRM, go to Marketing > Extensions > Acoustic Campaign emails. Note, the extension may still refer to our old product name, Acoustic Campaign.
- On System Views, click Create Personal View.
- Click the Edit Columns in the Advanced Find menu. Complete the following steps to add or remove the fields that you do not want in your list view.
- Select a field that you would like to remove.
- In the Common Tasks menu, click Remove.
- Complete the following steps to add the statistics fields to the view.
- In the Common Tasks menu, click Add Columns.
- Select the checkboxes for the statistics fields.
- Use the left and right arrows under Common Tasks to arrange the fields as wanted.
- Click OK.
- Click Results in the Advanced Find menu to see an example of the new view.
- After you review the example, go back to Advanced Find to save the view.
- Complete the following steps to save your custom view.
- Click Save As.
- Name the custom view.
- Add a description (optional).
- Click OK.
- You can see your new view in the Custom View drop-down list.
