The Implementation Status page provides a summary overview of the current status of various components required for Acoustic Personalization.
Throughout the Implementation Status page, icons indicate the current status of the respective component.
Indicates that the component is properly configured and available for use.
Indicates that either the component not configured properly, or it is currently not available for use.
View the implementation status
- Log in to Acoustic Personalization.
- Go to Settings > Implementation Status
The top row provides the following information.
Field | Description |
Organization name | Name of the organization subscribed to Acoustic Personalization |
Organization ID | Unique identifier for the organization, as registered in Personalization |
Channels | The number of channels in the organization that are registered with Acoustic Personalization |
Users |
Number of users currently provisioned into Acoustic Personalization Click Manage users link to add or update the provisioned users. |

Content sources
The table provides the following information about each content source.
Option | Description |
Content source name | Name of the content source as registered in Acoustic Personalization. For example: "CMS03" |
Content source | Type of the content source, for example Acoustic Content |
Used in | Number of channels that use the content source |
API URL | The API URL required to connect to the content source and retrieve the content (such as images) to be displayed on the channel |
Date registered | The date on which the content source was registered with Acoustic Personalization |
Status | The current status, that is whether the content source is properly configured and available for use in Acoustic Personalization |
Add a content source
To add a new content source:
- In the Content sources tab, click Register new content source.
- Provide the required details such as the content source name, type of source (Acoustic Content or Others), and the API URL. For more information about the parameters required to add a new CMS, see Register a CMS.
Manage the content sources
To edit, delete, or view details of a content source, click its Actions menu.
Product catalogs
The table provides the following information about the product catalogs.
Option | Description |
Product catalog | Name of the product catalog, which is a comma-separated values (CSV) file. |
Instance ID | Unique identifier for the specific product catalog instance. |
Channel |
Name of the channel that uses the product catalog. |
Last modified | The date on which the product catalog was last updated. |
Status |
Current status of the uploaded product catalog. For more information, see View the model status. |
Channels
The table provides the following information.
Option | Description |
Channel name |
Name of the channel as registered in Personalization |
Channel ID | Unique ID for the channel, which is generated when you register the channel in Acoustic Personalization |
Content source | The content source (for example, a content management system) being used by the channel to display content |
Zones | Number of zones configured on the channel |
Date registered | The date on which the channel was registered in Acoustic Personalization |
Status |
The status of the channel that indicates whether the channel is properly configured for personalization |
You can view detailed channel information by clicking the icon next to channel name. The following sections appear.
Option | Description |
Content source | Type of the content source (Acoustic Content Hub or Other) currently configured for the channel. |
Acoustic Exchange | Status of Acoustic Exchange and analytics library configuration with Acoustic Personalization. For more information, see Acoustic Exchange configuration |
Zones | Displays a list of all the zones currently configured in the channel. To view currently configured zones, move the View all zones slider. To add a zone, click Register new zone. For more information, see Register a zone. |
Register a new channel
To add a channel, click Register new channel and provide the required details such as channel name, channel type and channel URL. For more information, see Register a channel.
Update the channel
You can edit or delete a channel by clicking its Actions menu.
Shared audiences
The Shared Audiences tab displays all the shared audiences being used in Acoustic Personalization.
The information in this tab is relevant only if you are using shared audiences from data segmentation sources, such as Acoustic Campaign. For more details, see Use shared audiences.

The number of segments and active rules in which the shared audience is currently being used. Click the link to view the segment names and the respective active rules count. |
Last updated |
The most recent date and time when the audience was shared with Personalization. |
Time to live |
Number of days after which the shared audience will expire. By default, the time to live value is 30 days from the last share date . For example, if your last share date was September 4, then the shared audience will expire 30 days later, that is, on October 4. If you share an audience again, then this value is reset, that is, it is set again to 30 days from the date of latest share. After the Time to live value becomes zero, this field shows the status of the shared audience as Expired. |
Actions |
To remove a shared audience, click its Delete You cannot delete an audience if it is currently being used in one or more active rules, as shown in the Used in column. |
