You can apply concealment settings to data that you wish to save for indexing for search and reporting purposes, yet you do not want Tealeaf users to see the sensitive data in clear text during replay.
Note: This feature is currently under limited availability. Contact your Acoustic representative or open a support ticket to enable it.
In order to apply these rules, you add rules and actions in a privacy.yaml file; concealment rules can be applied to session replay and raw data.
The concealment rules for replay can be deployed through the Privacy Rules file tab in the Asset Manager section of the Admin panel. These rules use the same mechanisms as PCA and Windows privacy methods. For customers whose Privacy Rules tab is not visible, you will need to contact your Acoustic representative or open a support case to have the feature enabled.
Concealment rules are also applied for sessions that are uploaded with the Session Upload feature.
