Get Ready for Acoustic ID on Experience Analytics (Tealeaf)

Acoustic ID is a unified credential that streamlines your access to Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) and all other Acoustic products, as well as the Help Center, Support, Learning Academy and other services. Our goal is to give you a seamless identity that’s both secure and efficient.

On the morning of August 15th, 2020, Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) will be down for a short period of time while we replace IBMid and Tealeaf IDs with Acoustic ID.

If you’ve already activated your Acoustic ID, that's great! If you haven’t, don't worry, we’ll be sending out Acoustic ID activation reminder e-mails on July 15th, July 30^th, and August 13th. Keep an eye out for these activation reminders and note that the activation link that they contain is only valid for 7 days. We encourage you to activate your account as soon as possible. 

For our Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) customers, we’re rolling out Acoustic ID in two phases.

Phase 1: Acoustic ID activation

On August 4th, you'll be able to log into Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) with your Acoustic ID for the first time.

Your existing IBMid and Tealeaf ID credentials will remain active until August 15^th, 2020.

Phase 2: Non-Acoustic ID deactivation

Starting on August 15, 2020, the only way to log in to Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) will be with your Acoustic ID. All other log in credentials for Experience Analytics (Tealeaf) will be deactivated.

What do you need to make sure you have an Acoustic ID?

Follow these 4 easy steps to activate your Acoustic ID today!

1. Look for an email with the subject line "Welcome to Acoustic!" from the sender noreply@acoustic.com. Here's what it looks like:
   
   
2. Click Activate account.
   Note: The activation link is only valid for 7 days.
3. Set up your password and security question.
4. Log in.

I manage access for my team - what if my team has new users, or if I need to check the status of existing users? 

Administrators will have a new view called My Acoustic from which to add new users and manage product subscriptions. 

What if I already have an Acoustic ID, but currently log in with a different credential? 

You don't have to do anything! Your IBMid will be automatically transferred to your Acoustic ID and you'll be able to log in using the Acoustic ID on August 4th.
