Deactivate Salesforce Sync in Acoustic Campaign
In the Organization Settings, go to CRM and Scoring Settings > Edit > Manage CRM.
In the Status tab, deactivate all activated features. If these features are not deactivated the sync will still send sync notifications to the Acoustic Campaign user specified in the Credentials Tab.
After the sync features have been deactivated, then an Acoustic Campaign CRMi Support case can be entered to have Provisioning remove the CRMi feature from the Acoustic Campaign organization.
Uninstall the Acoustic Campaign CRMi Package in Salesforce
Note: Removing the package from Salesforce also removes the Acoustic Campaign Marketing history from the related recipients (leads\contacts). Please confirm this is desired by your company before proceeding. If the sync alone needs to be removed follow the instructions in the deactivate sync section.
To correctly uninstall the Acoustic Campaign CRMi package, the Salesforce administrator must remove some of the buttons and pages for the Salesforce layout.
Remove the following items to successfully uninstall the Acoustic Campaign AppExchange package.

Remove the Send Acoustic Campaign Email button from all the lead, contact, and campaign page layouts in Salesforce.

Remove the SP_EngageMashupLead VisualForce page from all the applicable lead page layouts.

Remove the SP_EngageMashupContact VisualForce page from all the applicable contact page layouts.

Remove the Acoustic Campaign Email Activities related list from all the lead & contact page layouts.

Remove the Acoustic Campaign Email Campaign Activities from all the campaign page layouts.
After you successfully remove the buttons and pages, go to Setup > Installed Packages and click Uninstall next to the Acoustic Campaign CRMi package to uninstall the package.
