As an Administrator, you can use the Category setting to set a category for a dashboard in Public Dashboards. Public dashboards are dashboards that everyone in the organization has access to.
To set or change the category for a public dashboard:
- Select the dashboard from Public Dashboards.
- Select Options > Category setting
- Select the Public Dashboard Category you want the dashboard to reside in.
- Click Save.
The dashboard is added to the category you selected.
To verify that the dashboard was assigned to the category, go to Public Dashboards in the left navigation and expand the category to which the dashboard was assigned.
You can also move the dashboard to another category by selecting it and dragging it to a different category in the navigation pane.
