The Performance dashboard helps you understand how your website is performing at a quick glance. Get the most need-to-know information quickly, such as page render time, average page response time, and average page size.
Once enabled, you can set the date range for the reports in the Performance dashboard and begin monitoring site performance and analyzing data. For example, if your average page rendering time is extremely slow, users might get frustrated and leave the page without completing a task, such as adding an item to a cart, or completing a purchase. After you see that a specific page is rendering extremely slow, your IT and developers can look into the issue for a fix and get customers back on track quickly, so you don't lose out on potential sales.

Deciding whether to use the performance dashboard
If you already have events that capture performance-based data, enabling the performance dashboard might result in duplicate event data and possibly inaccurate reporting.
Consult with your Acoustic services representative about whether the performance dashboard is right for your organization.
If you decide with your Acoustic services representative to enable the performance dashboard, be prepared to work with them to:
- Disable the Service module in the UI Capture SDK.
- Remove any performance-based events that were created based on the Service module in the Web SDK.
- Upgrade your Web SDK to version 6.0 or higher and then enable the Performance module. For more information about Web SDK 6.0, check out our developer center.
